Where can I find my BER Cert?

If you can’t locate your existing BER Certificate you can use the find my BER Cert facility on the SEAI website. There you can look up and find your BER rating as recorded on the SEAI National BER register. To find your BER assessment you need either:

A BER number

BER Number is assigned to a building when the BER is first published. It is a 9 digit number printed on your BER Certificate.

or

The MPRN for your dwelling.

Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) is the ESB meter number for the building. It is an 11 digit number printed on your electricity bills.
